A Kambo Micro-Dose invokes the spirit of the frog into your energetic body making a subtle connection with the medicine. This allows you to experience the medicine in a gentle way. Great for people that haven't sat with the medicine before and for those who have sat and want to reconnect. You will NOT feel the intense side effects (purging, a raise in heart rate, excessive heat, etc.) but you will feel the energetic effects and benefits (heightened senses, clear mind, clean slate). JaiMa will open only 1 very small gate and administer the medicine. She will hold space with the Tibetan bowl and chimes allowing the integration between your body, mind and spirit, your intention, and the spirit of Kambo during the Singing Bowl Meditation.

Hapé is a traditional Amazonian medicine made from various medicinal plants, such as tobacco and tree barks, that are ground into a fine powder and blown into the nose using a special pipe. The medicine is often used in shamanic and healing ceremonies to facilitate physical, mental, and emotional healing.

JaiMa will use cacao as a tool to bring ourselves in alignment and balance the elements (either, air, earth, fire and water) that we are made of by chanting Bija Mantras while she plays the Shruti. A bija mantra is one Sanskrit syllable used to chant and invoke a specific frequency sound that channels cosmic energy through our bodies. In yoga practices or meditation, the Bija mantras are used to encourage inspiration, health and vitality. 

Chanting bija mantras will aid in opening and balancing the elements that are signitured of each chakras. They are tools that will help you feel alive and achieve a state of fulfilment and contentment. The specific frequencies of these bija mantras will align your bodily vibrations to them. 

You will be stress-free, have improved concentration, experience a positive change in your mood, and feel relaxed after you have completed your mantra chanting session. 

The process of womb healing may involve various techniques, in this case we will be working with meditation while you are steaming your yoni. These techniques help to release physical tension, emotional trauma, and energetic blockages in the reproductive system, creating a more balanced and harmonious state.

Yoni steam is a practice that involves sitting over a pot of steaming herbs that are specifically chosen for their healing properties customized just for you. Yoni steam is also believed to have spiritual benefits, helping women to connect with their feminine energy and intuition. It is often seen as a way to honor and respect the sacredness of the female body.

The practice of yoni steam has been used for centuries by women in different cultures to promote reproductive health, ease menstrual cramps, and support postpartum healing. The steam from the herbs helps to increase circulation and blood flow to the reproductive organs, helping to nourish and rejuvenate the tissues.

Shamanic Drum Breathwork is a holistic approach to healing and transformation that seeks to address imbalances at all levels of being. It can promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, helping individuals to move towards greater health, happiness, and fulfillment. This practice consists in breathing in and out of your mouth from your belly up to your heart and out to your mouth. While you are going into your own rhythm, Jaima will be playing a shamanic drum to help to get into a trance state. Holding the breath in alternative times to circulate accumulated energy around your body.

Mother's Blessing is a spiritual and ceremonial gathering that honors and celebrates a woman as she prepares to become a mother. The Mother's Blessing ceremony is rooted in the belief that pregnancy and birth are sacred and transformative experiences that require a woman's physical, emotional, and spiritual strength. By coming together in ceremony, the mother is held and supported by her community, reminding her that she is not alone on this journey.

While Jaima facilitates Mother's Blessing ceremony, the woman is surrounded by her loved ones, who offer her blessings, prayers, and support for her journey into motherhood. The ceremony may include cacao ceremony, rituals such as creating a birth altar, sharing birth stories, offering gifts, creating an umbilical cord as collective blessing and prayers for the mother and baby, burning the fear around motherhood and creating a sense of connection and belonging that can last throughout the journey of motherhood.

Chandra means "Moon" in Sanskrit. In Ayurveda, an herbal bath is known as "Snanam" (holy bath) and is considered to be an important part of a daily self-care routine.

These herbs are often steeped in hot water to release their aromatic oils and healing compounds.
